Matthew is an advocate for those who need a legal voice to help them get their lives back on track after an accident that was not their fault. Working out of our Dallas office, his attention to detail, compassion, and determination to seek the compensation they deserve, makes him an attorney you would definitely want on your side!
Born and raised in San Diego, California, Matthew received his law degree from Baylor University School of Law in 2017. Before this Matthew studied at the University of Oregon where he completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. In law school, Matthew was constantly competing in national moot court and mock trial competitions, was a member of the Order of Barristers, and had a concentration in civil litigation.
Matthew began his career in law as an associate attorney at Byrd Davis Alden & Henrichson, LLP in Austin, Texas, where he developed critical litigation skills and helped injured clients. It was here that he found his passion for law and has since only worked on the plaintiff’s side.
Matthew is admitted to the Supreme Court of Texas, and during his career has advocated for people in personal injury claims in areas such as motor vehicle crashes, dog bites, and premise liability cases, where he has allowed his clients to focus on their recovery while he focused on settling their cases.
Matthew believes his clients should not have to worry about a complicated legal system after an accident. With this in mind, his clients have found a sense of security in the knowledge that Matthew has their best interests at heart every step of the way.
Outside of the office, Matthew enjoys spending time with his fiancé, Toni, and their two goldendoodles, Dakota and Spiro, and competing in CrossFit.
