Colin McIver is a dedicated trial lawyer committed to fighting for the rights of his clients. Colin understands that an injury is often physically, emotionally, and financially devastating to the wrongfully injured and their families. His mission is to help the wrongfully injured by holding accountable the individuals and companies that needlessly endanger our community.
Colin is based out of our Colorado office. He graduated from the University of Colorado Law School where he earned his law degree. During law school, Colin won several awards for his skill as an advocate, including Best Closing Argument and Best Orator. He was also a member of the CU National Mock Trial Team and the CU Barrister’s Council. In his spare time, Colin taught trial advocacy to newer law students.
Before joining our team of personal injury attorneys, Colin worked for several judges in Colorado. His experience working with Colorado judges gives Colin a strong understanding of the judicial process. He also worked with attorneys in both Colorado and Texas and has worked on cases in both state and federal court.
Colin loves working with his clients. He believes in building a relationship with each client through open and honest communication. Colin personally invests his time, extensive legal knowledge, and excellent people skills to make sure his clients get the best representation.
Outside of the office, Colin enjoys spending time with his family, hiking in the mountains, and fly-fishing with his dog.
