Alaina Zermeno is a member of the firm’s personal injury section in Austin. Dedicated to fighting for others, she focuses her practice on traumatic brain injury, automobile collisions, dog bites, product injury, premises liability, and more.
Prior to joining the firm, Alaina was an assistant criminal district attorney at the Bexar County Criminal District Attorney’s Office, where she balanced a heavy case load prosecuting cases in the juvenile and criminal trial divisions. Working as a prosecutor allowed her to gain valuable trial experience and fueled her desire to help people who have been wronged.
Alaina earned her law degree from The University of Texas at Austin School of Law, where she served as an associate editor of the Texas Hispanic Journal of Law and Policy and earned the Richard and Ginni Mithoff Pro Bono Service Award. She graduated from the University of Missouri with a 3.93 GPA, earning a bachelor’s degree in journalism.
When not at the office, Alaina enjoys baking and spending time with her English bulldog, Daisy.
